Returns Policy

Under Australian Consumer Law, if there is an issue with your product you are entitled to a refund or replacement. Please email us at beyondstickynotes@gmail.com within 30-days of receiving your order so that we can resolve any issues. Please include a photograph of the damage or product fault.

We recommend that you return the product (and they will need to be returned) via Registered Post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Beyond Sticky Notes will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

If you change your mind or have fallen-out-of-love with co-design, we cannot refund or replace your order.
