co-design for leaders

🗓️ Group one: 11 March 2025 (learn more and register)
🗓️ Group two: 29 July 2025

While co-design is increasing in popularity, many leaders aren’t clear about how to support co-design to succeed.

Staff and communities feel the confusion. Co-design isn’t right for all projects.

This course will develop your understanding of co-design and teach you:

  • about different ways, roles and responsibilities, including yours as a sponsor or funder

  • how to set-up and support people leading and participating in co-design

  • about making wise decisions about where co-design is best, scoping

  • about the need for culturally and community-specific ways
